We report on optical observations of the fast transient ZTF21aakilyd/AT2021csp (Perley et al., Astronote #2021-62; Shulze et al., Astronote #2021-64) performed with the INAF-OAAb 0.9m Schmidt Telescope of the INAF - Astronomical Observatory of Abruzzo located at 2150 meters o.s.l. at Campo Imperatore (Italy) and equipped with a 4096x4096 CCD covering a field of view of 1.15×1.15 square degrees.
Optical images of the AT2021csp field has been obtained by using the g-Sloan and r-Sloan band on 2021-02-23 starting at UT 02:53:50 (MJD 59268.120) and on 2021-02-24 starting at UT 00:51:19, (MJD 59269.0333). The total exposure time for each image was 4x180 sec.
Photometric measurements were obtained by performing aperture photometry with a radius of 4" on the combined images:
MJD | Filter | AB Magnitude |
---|---|---|
59268.120 | g-Sloan | 18.33+-0.15 |
59268.120 | r-Sloan | 18.19+-0.16 |
59269.033 | g-Sloan | 18.37+-0.17 |
59269.033 | r-Sloan | 18.22+-0.20 |
The magnitude are in AB system, not corrected for foreground reddening and include the host galaxy contribution. We used the SDSS DR8 catalog for the calibration.
Follow-up observations of the object will be carried on.
