Abstract:
We report a detection of the LFBOT AT2026dbl at 90GHz using the MUSTANG-2 instrument on the 100-m Green Bank Telescope.

On UT 2026 February 21 the Green Bank Telescope (GBT) observed the luminous fast blue optical transient (LFBOT) AT2026dbl (z=0.190, Astronote  2026-36, 2026-38) at 90GHz using the MUSTANG-2 receiver (9" resolution) one week after its initial optical detection on 2026 February 14. A point source was detected within 1" of the position of AT2026dbl with a flux density of 0.5 +/- 0.1 mJy in 1 hour of observing time. Observing conditions were windy, which somewhat degraded the performance of MUSTANG-2. This is consistent with the flux of AT2018cow at 7 days after detection when scaled by their relative distances (Ho et al. 2019, ApJ, 871, 73). Further observations with MUSTANG-2 and other radio instruments are planned.
