Wiggins, Tooele, UT, USA, reports his discovery of a possible supernova (mag about 16.4) on an unfiltered CCD frame taken 2018 Sep 28 02:41:31 UT using a 0.35-m f/5.5 reflector near Erda, UT, USA. The new object is located at R.A. 12h08m38.91s, Decl. +68°46’44.99” (equinox 2000.0), about 54 arc seconds NE of the center of NGC 4128. Wiggins notes that nothing was visible at this position on an image taken the previous night on Sep 27. 2018TNSTR1459....1W N
