Group: TNTS
Hanna Sai report/s a classification of object: SN 2019arb
Type: SN IaRedshift: 0.014
Remarks: The spectrum is consistent with a subluminous type Ia supernova at a few days after the maximum light. Cross-correlation with a library of supernova spectra using the comparison tool "GELATO" (Harutyunyan et al., 2008, A&A, 488, 383) shows that it mathces with SN 1999by at t = +4.7 days from the maximum light.
The following Classification spectrum was provided:
Obsdate: 2019-02-09 15:28:04
Instrument: Cassegrain
Telescope: 2.16m Beijing Astronomical Observatory Telescope
