Potential host galaxy: SDSS J121956.85+203614.7

Remarks: This possible supernova was discovered by the 0.6 m Schmidt telescope at Xinglong Observatory during the Tsinghua-NAOC Transient Survey (TNTS). The transient is located 0.6" east and 2.6" north of the center of SDSS J121956.85+203614.7.
