Central source is accompanied by a nebula (DECaPS images: http://legacysurvey.org/viewer?ra=119.8136&dec=-31.1457&layer=decaps&zoom=15 showing "data" these images should be from around 2016). Images from the NOAO Data lab show a clear nebula in i-band images (30s exposure 2017/2018). The nebula is not seen in 2012 i-band images from ESO VPHAS+ (30s exposure). The transient might be an outburst of a FU Orionis variable under sufficient dust obscuration. If this transient is not already known, then follow-up observations of the central source would be a good idea? This transient was found on a search for Brown Dwarfs, using CatWISE and wiseview for the Backyard Worlds: Planet 9 project by myself (a volunteer of the project). The wiseview animation of the transient can be found at this URL: http://byw.tools/wiseview#ra=119.8136&dec=-31.14528514&size=300&band=3&speed=500&trimbright=97.55&linear=0.05&color=gray&mode=percent&coadd_mode=time-resolved&zoom=5&border=0 2020TNSTR.652....1T N

Here is the light curve. I do not see it currently in the report. "NEOWISE-R Single Exposure (L1b) Source Table" from IRSA, 2 arcsec search with w2snr>40.
