giancarlo cortini report/s the discovery of a new astronomical transient.

IAU Designation: SN 2022bqi
Coordinates (J2000): RA = 03:12:33.770 (48.140708) DEC = +39:19:38.98 (39.327494)
Discovery date: 2022-02-07 22:15:00.000 (JD=2459618.4270833)

Potential host galaxy: NGC 1233

Remarks: I report the discovery of a possible SN on several unfiltered images taken at M.te Maggiore Observatory (Predappio - Italy); no known minor planet is marked at the position of the suspect, and it doesn't appear on P.O.S.S. red and blue plates; 0.35 m. reflector telescope, ccd camera Starlight X Press Trius S9 with 60 sec. exposure; my past image taken on 2022-01-21.98 showed nothing at the position of the suspect.
