The supernova is visually located nearby MRK 0373 (z = 0.019527, d = 87.33 Mpc, value from NED). SNID reports a redshift from the spectrum of z = 0.014 +/- 0.008, consistent with the host galaxy redshift from NED. The closest reported sub-type is a 91T. The best match for this spectrum was SN 1995bd, a Ia-91T 12 days before maximum brightness. Additional follow-up is encouraged. 2024TNSCR4593....1A
