Kenneth Mascola report/s the discovery of a new astronomical transient.

IAU Designation: AT 2024nck
Coordinates (J2000): RA = 12:16:21.077 (184.087821) DEC = +47:01:58.80 (47.033)
Discovery date: 2024-06-28 05:00:00.000 (JD=2460489.7083333)

Potential host galaxy: NGC4226

Remarks: Images with SeeStar S50 IR cut filter OSC camera. I checked CDS and other images but not sure where to find recent images other than my one image from a 20240509 and this object was not there. Thank you. See Arrow head and coordinates. I will be imaging again at next clear opportunity to confirm reproducibility but in the mean time I would hope someone will be interested in confirming
