Remarks: SN candidate discovered using the public ZTF alerts, the LSST/ZTF brokers, and our SGLF filters. It is located 0.8" (0.8 kpc) from the nucleus of the starburst galaxy SDSS J094101.96+013804.6 with SDSS spectroscopic redshift of z = 0.05125898 +/- 0.00000667 (SDSS DR18).
