JCAST 03:32:32.018 -27:51:50.46 2025-08-24 23:56:14.000 27.23 F200W-JWST PSN JCAST We report on the detection of a transient candidate in JWST observations of GOODS-S field. It was discovered in NIRCam observations of GO Program 6434 (SAPPHIRES; PI: Eiichi Egami) using image subtraction. We used archival NIRCam data provided by GO Program 1180 (PI: Daniel Eisenstein) as reference. The transient search is part of JWST Archival Research Program 5965 (JCAST; PIs: Lei Hu & Lifan Wang). 2025TNSTR3518....1H N
