Redshift: 0.19

Remarks: Spectrum displays a blue, featureless continuum with narrow Mg II doublet absorption at a redshift of z = 0.190 ± 0.001. Liverpool Telescope IO:O photometry shows the transient to have exceptionally blue colours at peak (u - g ~ 0.6) and a fading lightcurve shortly after discovery. A definitive classification cannot be confirmed at this time. Observations detailed further in AstroNote 2026-36.
