Type: SN Ic
Redshift: 0.006

Remarks: SNID-SAGE yields good matches at z ≈ 0.006 to the Type Ic supernova 2004aw and the broad-lined Type Ic supernova 2017dcc, with phases ranging from approximately one week before maximum to maximum light (Stoppa & Smartt 2026, arXiv:2603.28741). We note that the current ATLAS light curve indicates that the object is still rising toward maximum.
