Remarks: The spectrum shows a featureless blue continuum. Cross-correlation analysis shows hints of narrow Balmer-line absorption at near-zero heliocentric velocity (inconsistent with the redshift of NGC 5102) and thus we tentatively classify this object as a foreground Galactic transient, perhaps a CV.
