Potential host galaxy: LEDA 56353
Host redshift: 0.06868

Remarks: Possible supernova discovered by Vijay Ram Bhaskaran Nair on the Blue DSS plate. The object is located 15" West and 4" South from the center of LEDA 56353 = Z 275-14 = MCG+09-26-027.
