Potential host galaxy: SDSS J120254.35+380212.4

Remarks: Possible supernova discovered by Vijay Ram Bhaskaran Nair on the Blue DSS plate. The object is located 8" East and 2" North from the center of SDSS J120254.35+380212.4, a member of cluster of galaxies.
