Potential host galaxy: CGCG 192-053
Host redshift: 0.030334

Remarks: This transient was observed in a discussion started by mitch on the Galaxy Zoo website here: https://www.zooniverse.org/projects/zookeeper/galaxy-zoo/talk/subjects/16215970. Ine Theunissen also took part. In SDSS, the object has TYPE=STAR, CLASS=GALAXY but is not visible in later surveys DECaLS or Pan-STARRS.

Remarks: The r-band Apparent magnitude was calculated by Richard Nowell using APT and reference star: SDSS J144136.69+364318.0 http://skyserver.sdss.org/dr13/en/tools/explore/Summary.aspx?id=1237662194538643482. The r-band Absolute magnitude of -17.35 was also calculated.
