Coordinates (J2000): RA = 01:40:47.016 (25.1959) DEC = -00:13:04.44 (-0.2179)
Discovery date: 2014-10-01 08:01:52.000 (JD=2456931.8346296)

Potential host galaxy: SDSS J014047.45-001305.8
Host redshift: 0.05833

Remarks: The transient was first discovered by M.A Kovic on the galaxy zoo website (see discussion: https://www.zooniverse.org/projects/zookeeper/galaxy-zoo/talk/1267/684320) Ine Theunissen did take part in the discussion. An Absolute Magnitude between -17 and -15 was also calculated.
