J. Vales report/s the discovery of a new astronomical transient.

Remarks: Discovered by J. Vales (mag. 18.2) on four unfiltered images, taken on 2015 Nov. 5.83-5.88 UT with 60-cm, f/3.3 Cichocki telescope at Crni Vrh Observatory in the course of the Comet and Asteroid Search Program (PIKA). The object is 6" W and 15" N from the center of the apparent host galaxy.
