Discovery date: 2015-03-29 04:16:19.000 (JD=2457110.6779977)

Potential host galaxy: KUG 1151+203
Host redshift: 0.020708

Remarks: This transient was first noticed by Ine Theunissen in a disussion started by Sylvia Beer (username Bluemagi) on the Galaxy Zoo website here: https://www.zooniverse.org/projects/zookeeper/galaxy-zoo/talk/subjects/35622291.
