Coordinates (J2000): RA = 14:14:58.735 (213.744729) DEC = +00:06:15.19 (0.104219)
Discovery date: 2015-03-16 13:39:47.000 (JD=2457098.069294)

Potential host galaxy: SDSS J141458.71+000617.9

Remarks: This transient was first observed by Claude Cornen using the Space Warps HSC website here: https://www.zooniverse.org/projects/aprajita/space-warps-hsc/talk/1791/892935?comment=1581358 .
