Updated RA, DEC: 12:08:06.800, +65:10:37.80 (182.028333, 65.177167)

This transient was detect on 2016 05 29.824 from C92 - Valdicerro Observatory, Loreto (AN) Italy using 0.24-m f/6.5 SCT + CCD Atik 314L in the course of Italian Supernovae Search Project (ISSP). Stack of 15 unfiltered b2x2 frames x 30sec unguided exposures, show the source 14.4 Mag. The astrometry were AR. 06.79s DEC. 37.8" measured from UCAC-4 reference stars catalogue.

This SN candidate was also independently detected by ASAS-SN "Brutus" in Hawaii
