Discovery date: 2016-07-07 11:38:24.000 (JD=2457576.985)

Potential host galaxy: SDSS J213118.89-071618.0

Remarks: This transient was discovered during the citizen science project Supernova Hunters run by the Zooniverse. The candidate was identified by volunteers including 'jc3001', 'BLGoodwin' and 'chrostek'.
