Discovery date: 2016-07-07 11:38:24.000 (JD=2457576.985)
Potential host galaxy: APMUKS(BJ) B213034.78-060234.6
Remarks: This transient was discovered during the citizen science project Supernova Hunters run by the Zooniverse. The candidate was identified by volunteers including 'Spaceman79', 'c_cld' and 'TED91'.
