Discovery date: 2016-12-04 12:00:00.000 (JD=2457727)

Potential host galaxy: 2MASX J01235332+1139499

Remarks: This possible supernova was discovered by the 0.6 m schmidt telescope at Xinglong Observatory during the Tsinghua-NAOC Transient Survey (TNTS). The transient is located 3" west and 1" south of the center of 2MASX J01235332+1139499
