The new object is located at A.R. = 17h19m19s.78 Decl. = +57°53' 55".8, astrometry with respect to UCAC-4 stars which is 6.4 arcsec South and 1.6 arcsec West of the centre of Galaxy PGC140771.

This transient was observed by Massimo Caimmi on 2017 04 29.98124 from Valdicerro Observatory C92 - Loreto (AN) - Italy using 0.24-m f/6.5 SCT + CCD Atik 314L in the course of Italian Supernovae Search Project (ISSP). Stack of 15 unfiltered b2x2 frames x 30sec unguided exposures, show the source at 18.8 Mag. End figures for astrometry were AR. 19.76s and DEC. 54.2" position measured from UCAC-4 reference stars catalogue.

This transient was observed by P.Campaner on 2017 04 16.97561 in the course of the Italian Supernovae Search Project (ISSP) from Ponte di Piave (TV) Italy with 0.4m f/5.5 reflector telescope. Stack of 4 unfiltered frames x 75sec guided exposures, show the source increase at 17.15 Mag. End figures for astrometry were AR. 19.75s DEC. 55.6" position measured from UCAC-4 reference stars catalogue.
