Discovery date: 2017-10-14 05:31:12.000 (JD=2458040.73)

Potential host galaxy: 2MASX J23290997+2809164

Remarks: This possible supernova was discovered by the 0.6 m schmidt telescope at Xinglong Observatory during the Tsinghua-NAOC Transient Survey (TNTS). The transient is located 9" west and 3" south of the center of 2MASX J23290997+2809164
