The transient (mag approximately 18.0) on one 40-s survey image (limiting mag about 19.5) taken by Xing Gao in Xingming Observatory Sky Survey(C42) around Oct. 18.68440, 2017, using an unfiltered CCD ( + Celestron C14 Schmidt-Cassegrain telescope D=356-mm @f/6.9 ). The new object approximately located at R.A.=01h07m33.06s +32d24'30".0 (equinox 2000.0).Which is about 102.6" east and 15.2" south of the center of the NGC 383. Nothing is visible at this position on an archival image taken on Sep 22.75464, 2017 (limiting mag 19.5).
