This is the same object as 2017iub with incorrect coordinates. See remark at

Nothing is visible at the position of AT 2017ius to m_lim=19.0 on unfiltered images with iTelescope.Net T11 (0.50-m f/6.8 reflector + CCD + f/4.5 focal reducer) obtained on 2017-12-09 at 08:57-09:03 UT. The object reported by Ron Arbour is likely an UV Ceti-type flare of red dwarf PSO J051220.066+672743.870 (i=20.48 z=19.72 y=19.34). D. Denisenko, I. Larin, D. Avdeev.
