Potential host galaxy: SDSS J143628.99+065813.1
Host redshift: 0.112792

Remarks: This transient was first observed by Slvia Beer (username Bluemagi) and Christine Macmillan on the Galaxy Zoo website here: https://www.zooniverse.org/projects/zookeeper/galaxy-zoo/talk/subjects/36240129. Ine Theunissen also took part in the discussion.

Remarks: The z-band Apparent magnitude was calculated by Richard Nowell using APT and reference star: SDSS J143622.79+065849.6 http://skyserver.sdss.org/dr14/en/tools/explore/Summary.aspx?id=1237662268607103090. The z-band Absolute magnitude was also calculated as -16.75.
