The transient is approximately Mag. 20.4 on severl 300-s survey images (limiting mag about 21.5) taken by Xing Gao in Xingming Observatory Sky Survey(C42) around Apr. 02.61594 UT using a unfiltered CCD (+ 0.6-m f/8 Ritchey-Chretien telescope). The transient approximately located at R.A.=09h55m31.94s +69d09'14".7 (equinox 2000.0). Which is about 6.6" west and 319.7" north of the center of the M81. Nothing is visible at this position on archival images taken on Mar 21.61384 (limiting mag 21.7). NET UCAC-4 XMr4ZX KC2018 04 02.61594 09 55 31.94 +69 09 14.7 20.4 V C42.
