Discovery date: 2018-10-11 17:00:06.000 (JD=2458403.2084028)

Potential host galaxy: SDSS J015921.30+100124.0

Remarks: This supernova candidate was discovered by the 1.04m Schmidt telescope at Xuyi Observatory during the PMO-Tsinghua Transient Survey(PTSS).
