Potential host galaxy: UGC 12222

Remarks: Jaroslaw Grzegorzek, Szczecin, Poland, reports the discovery of a possible supernova (mag 17.1) on unfiltered images (limiting mag 19.0) taken by himself on 2018 10 13.867 with a 0.25-m f/3.3 reflector at his observatory (MPC:L25) in the course of the supernova search project.
