Discovery date: 2018-12-06 15:15:17.000 (JD=2458459.1356134)

Potential host galaxy: 2MASX J06512361+4538445

Remarks: This possible supernova was discovered by the 0.6 m Schmidt telescope at Xinglong Observatory during the Tsinghua-NAOC Transient Survey (TNTS). The transient is located 33.2" west and 4" south of the center of 2MASX J06512361+4538445.
