Discovery date: 2018-12-07 13:12:22.000 (JD=2458460.0502546)

Potential host galaxy: NGC 673
Host redshift: 0.017285

Remarks: This possible supernova was discovered by the 0.6 m Schmidt telescope at Xinglong Observatory during the Tsinghua-NAOC Transient Survey (TNTS). The transient is located 0.6" west and 2.4" north of the center of NGC 673.
