Potential host galaxy: 2MASX J12113180+1616499
Host redshift: 0.023

Remarks: This possible supernova was discovered by the 0.6 m Schmidt telescope at Xinglong Observatory during the Tsinghua-NAOC Transient Survey (TNTS). The transient is located 1" east and 1" north of the center of 2MASX J12113180+1616499
