S. J. Prentice, K. Maguire, K. Skillen, M. R. Magee (TCD), P. Clark (QUB) report/s a classification of object: SN 2019unb
Type: SN IIRedshift: 0.064
Remarks: Blue source clearly detected at the location of the transient. Redshift is approximate based upon a broad bump in the spectrum which we assume to be H alpha, as per young SNe II. Transient has a rise rate of ~0.8 mag in ~16 days in r with no sign of maximum right having yet been reached. We encourage further spectroscopic observations to confirm this classification.
