Andrew Howell, Curtis McCully, Estefania Padilla Gonzalez, Craig Pellegrino Global SN Project SN II 0.009947 1 Global SN Project Based on the blue continuum we classify this as a young core collapse SN. We note narrow Hα and Hβ present at the redshift of the host NGC 7140 (z = 0.009947, m-M = 32.06, d = 25.8 Mpc; 2004AJ....128...16K and 2014MNRAS.444..527S; value from NED). The B-band apparent magnitude approximate coeval with the spectrum is 15.06 (M = -17.08 with Milky Way dereddening). Further followup is encouraged. 2020TNSCR1702....1B
