POSSIBLE NOVA IN M31
Mi Zhang, Jingyuan Zhao, Yingbin Nie, Huimin Wang, Jianlin Xu, Zhenchao Gao, Zhangrui Xu, Tianyu Tu, Guoyou Sun and Xing Gao,
report the discovery of a possible nova (mag approximately 15.8) on several 300-s survey images (limiting mag about 20.5) taken
by Xingming Observatory Sky Survey(C42) around June. 07.8696 UT using a unfiltered CCD ( + 0.6-m f/8 Ritchey-Chretien telescope
). the new object approximately located at R.A.=00h42m23s.47 Decl.=+41°08'22".8 (equinox 2000.0). Which is about 235.1" west
and 465.7" south of the center of the NGC224(M31).Nothing is visible at this position on archival images taken on June 01.86
(limiting mag 20.5) .
