ZTF20achpcvt/AT2020vwl was first detected in the Zwicky Transient Facility (ZTF) MSIP Northern Sky Survey 2020 Oct 8 but not reported by ZTF to TNS until 2020 Dec 20. It was first reported to TNS by Gaia as Gaia20etp The transient, located in the center of the galaxy LEDA 1794348, is now post-peak with persistent blue optical color (g-r ~ -0.13 mag). The SDSS pre-flare spectrum of the host shows a quiescent, early-type galaxy. A follow-up observation with the SED Machine IFU Spectrograph mounted on the Palomar 60-inch was triggered and a spectrum was taken on 2020 Dec 21. This follow-up spectrum displayed a steep blue continuum, a strong, broad He II 4686 line profile, and broad Balmer lines. Our Swift follow-up observations on 2021 Jan 7 measure a bright UV flux of uvw2=17.6 mag with coincident optical flux measured by ZTF of g ~ 18 mag. We detect no X-ray source in the XRT image. We classify this object as a TDE-H+He.2021TNSCR.159....1H
