There are good fits to SN 1993J at a phase of -2 days. The supernova is closest to IC 0482 (z = 0.026648, DL ~ 115 Mpc, DM ~ 35.3; 1992ApJS...83...29S; values from NED). This redshift is well-matched by narrow host emission lines. The r-band absolute magnitude roughly coeval with the spectrum is approximately -17.0 (apparent magnitude 18.4, from the ZTF lightcurve). The ZTF lightcurve shows the object falling from an initial peak and beginning to rise to another peak, a behavior seen in other SNe IIb (e.g. SN 2016gkg, 2017ApJ...837L...2A).
