Discovery date: 2021-06-30 14:11:02.400 (JD=2459396.091)
Remarks: This transient was discovered with the help of citizen science project Supernova Hunters run by Zooniverse. The candidate was identified by volunteers including Giuseppe Pappa, B L Goodwin and Gustavo Afonso Gomes
