Claudio Balcon (Belluno A.O.- ISSP) report/s a classification of object: SN 2021wqi
Type: SN IaRedshift: 0.016724
Remarks: GELATO (Harutyunyan et al., 2008, A&A, 488, 383) suggests that this low S/N spectrum resembles that of supernova Type la around maximum at the redshift of the host galaxy (z=0.016724; value from NED)
The following Classification spectrum was provided:
Obsdate: 2021-08-23 19:59:00
Instrument: Other
Telescope: Other
Remarks: I obtained the low-resolution spectrum R~100 using the FOSC-ES32 spectrograph attached to a 0.2m telescope, in the course of Italian Supernovae Search Project.
