Remarks: Potential outburst of AGN at Galactic latitude 27.3496 deg and Galactic longitude 190.4830 deg. Note: GAIA EDR3 reports a star of Gmag 19.7, 1.8 arcsecs NE from the transient location. SDSS classifies the same star as an elliptical galaxy of Gmag 17.4.
