Apparent nova PNV J00424712+4117103 discovered during the search for novae in M31 remotely using 0.61-m f/6.5 corrected Dall-Kirkham robotic telescope (Lane, 2018, RTSRE, 1, 119) of Burke-Gaffney Observatory (BGO) in Saint Mary's University (Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada) with Astrodon Luminance filter. Visible in three 300-sec. images taken on August 7, 2022.
