M. Fulton, S. Srivastav, C. R. Angus, K. W. Smith, D. R. Young, M. Nicholl, M. McCollum, T. Moore, J. Weston, X. Sheng, P. Ramsden, A. Aamer (QUB), S. J. Smartt (Oxford/QUB) report/s a classification of object: SN 2023wtm
Type: SN IcRedshift: 0.023
Remarks: Spectrum dominated by galaxy light; however, several matches with normal SNe Ic at one week before maximum light were obtained using SNID (e.g., SN2011bm at t = -8d). Redshift from known host SDSS J031751.79-000617.9 (on NED).
The following Classification spectrum was provided:
Obsdate: 2023-11-16 01:43:47
Instrument: SPRAT
Telescope: Liverpool Telescope
Remarks: Spectrum was obtained with SPRAT on the Liverpool Telescope and reduced using the integrated quick reduction pipeline.
