Type: SN IaRedshift: 0.02635
Remarks: We report the classification of AT 2025arb as a SN Ia (normal). Using SNID (Blondin & Tonry 2007, ApJ, 666, 1024), we find best fits to SNe Ia several (~1-5) days prior to peak, with a particularly strong similarity to SN 2007co at -5 days. The supernova is visually located in WISEA J090759.42+411233.0 (z = 0.026350, d = 115.8 Mpc, value from NED). Additional followup is encouraged.
