Photometry

Discovery (first detection):
Discovery date: 2026-08-13 23:45:36.000
Flux: 18.9 VegaMag
Filter: Clear-
Instrument: Other
Telescope: Other

Remarks: 0.5m Newtonian telescope + CCD FLI Proline 4710 camera; Monte Agliale Observatory - Borgo a Mozzano - Italy - Italian Supernovae Search Project. The transient was discovered on the night of August 13 blended with a spiral arm of NGC 7674 (scale 1.2 arcsec/pixel) and subsequently confirmed in multiple co-added frames over the following nights. Although the transient is at the detection threshold of our setup its presence was confirmed by cross-referencing with stacked images of the target taken from July 9 to August 3, 2026.
