Andrew Howell, Curtis McCully, Megan Newsome, Estefania Padilla Gonzalez, Giacomo Terreran Global SN Project SN Ia 0.018 1 Global SN Project Using Superfit (Howell et al. 2005, ApJ, 634, 1190) and SNID (Blondin & Tonry 2007, ApJ, 666, 1024) we find best fits to young SNe Ia, including SN 2002er about a week before maximum. The best-fit redshift is well-matched by the host galaxy redshift (z=0.018059; 2016ApJ...819...63R; value from NED). Assuming this redshift we measure a velocity of 12,500 km/s for the Si II 6355 line, consistent with a young SN Ia before maximum light. 2023TNSCR.542....1P
