Potential host galaxy: WISEA J231833.06+191442.3

Remarks: Apparent supernova discovered by Leonid Konkov on the Blue DSS plate. The object is located 3" East and 3" South from the center of WISEA J231833.06+191442.3. Object is present on three POSS plates over 1.5 months fading from B=15.3 on 1990-07-31 to R=16.4 on 1990-09-13 (USNO-B1.0).
